Legislator to hold open house Aug. 22
BUTLER – Rep. Marci Mustello (R-Butler) is reminding area residents that she will be relocating her district office from Lyndora to Butler effective Thursday, Aug. 1. The new location will be at 100 Barracks Road in Butler next to the Pennsylvania State Police Barracks.

The office will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and the telephone numbers are 724-283-5852 or 1-855-282-0613

This change is part of Mustello’s ongoing effort to improve efficiencies, while maintaining the highest level of constituent service for residents of the 11th Legislative District.

“While our location has changed, our commitment to helping residents remains as strong as ever,” said Mustello. “I will continue to make myself available to residents and ensure them that my door is always open should they ever need me or my staff’s assistance.”

Staff in the office provides the following state-related services:
• Driver’s license and vehicle registration applications and renewals.
• Assistance with PennDOT paperwork, such as lost cards, changes, corrections, special plates and handicapped placards.
• PACE and PACENET applications.
• Help with public assistance, such as Medicaid and food stamp applications.
• Property Tax and Rent Rebate applications.
• Birth and death certificate applications.
• Access to state tax forms.
• Voter registration forms.
• Referrals to agencies to resolve state-related matters.

Mustello will be holding an open house on Thursday, Aug. 22, from 3-6 p.m.

“I am hosting this open house because I feel it’s so important to keep the lines of communication open between my office and all of you so that I can effectively advocate your concerns and ensure your voices are being heard in Harrisburg,” the lawmaker added.

The 11th Legislative District in Butler County includes the city of Butler; Chicora, Connoquenessing, Fairview, Karns City, Petrolia, Prospect and Saxonburg boroughs; as well as Butler, Clearfield, Connoquenessing, Donegal, Fairview, Jefferson, Oakland and Summit townships.
