HARRISBURG - Rep. Marci Mustello (R-Butler) and Sen. Scott Hutchinson (R-Butler/Clarion/Forest/Venango/Warren) announced today that the sewer system located in Prospect Borough, Butler County, will receive a much-needed boost through a grant from the Commonwealth Financing Authority’s (CFA) Small Water and Sewer program. Approximately $100,000 has been awarded to assist with necessary upgrades.
